The Nda’nokitaage’ogaming Employment Resource Centre provides comprehensive support services to Curve Lake First Nation members and community residents. Our programs include job search assistance, resume and interview preparation, skills development, and employment counseling, aiming to improve employability and career growth. We also offer various training opportunities, such as certifications in Working at Heights, Food Handling, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and more, to enhance career prospects and build self-sufficiency.
Additionally, our Summer Student Program offers full-time employment to First Nation youth, providing valuable experience in departments like Health, Education, Public Works, and Economic Development. Students receive training in areas like First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and cultural awareness, preparing them for future career opportunities.
We also assist individuals in accessing funding through programs like Kagita Mikam for training, self-employment, and education needs, ensuring the community has the resources for success.
